WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Daily practice of three sessions with a longer session in the morning and more compact sessions in the late afternoon and evening, invites the practitioner to delve into his or her yogic practice with a sense of joy, ease, and celebration. This exceptionally varied program consists of 8 sessions of 1.5-2.5 hours each - a total of ca.18 hours of guided practice. There will be plenty of free time for extended hikes in beautiful mountain scenery, sauna & hammam, a relaxing massage!...time to reflect, rest, or just marvel at the calming natural landscape.
The offer is ideal for those seeking deep rest and regeneration, to take a breath and recharge. In her workshop, Anina von Molnar responds very individually to the course participants, regardless of how familiar they are with yoga, meditation and creative movement. Attentive to each individual ́s needs, Anina works very personally with corrections, both verbally and through example as well as with hands-on adjustments. The workshop is therefore suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
In the retreat, Anina sensitively combines yoga asanas, breathing exercises (pranayama), creative movement and insight meditation as a means of deepening embodied awareness.
In her Hatha Vinyasa Yoga classes, Anina focuses on precise alignment of the yogic posture combined with a deep, flowing breath. This creates the base as she moves the class towards specific Asana sequencing synchronized with this rhythmic breath. The classes, building on the physical, emotional and mental momentum, make greater strength, flexibility, balance and energy available. The body and mind, with newly discovered vitality, have the opportunity to detox, heal, and make space for new creativity.
Mindfulness meditation and metta practice are other important elements of the workshop. In mindfulness meditation and metta practice "[...] we cultivate the inner quality of mindfulness or mindful awareness on the one hand and the quality of loving, compassionate serenity on the other," is how Fred von Allmen describes it. "In meditation we want to engage directly and immediately with existence, with the experience of each moment, to explore it. [...]" Our mind's awareness is guided via Meditation sessions toward the openness of the moment: in our bodies, in our breath, in the Now of our presence.
Anina's Creative Movement is characterized by the use of gravity, balance, momentum and surrender to open and discover new forms of expression. The flow of movement using the power from our own organic breathing and the core of our individual body dynamics is liberating and enriching. The intent is to enable a harmonious, holistically oriented quality of movement by deepening our body awareness. We learn to rely on our own body wisdom.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
In these weekend Immersions, we gently seek contact with our inherent sources that relieve, renew, and liberate.
Creating Space to delve deeply into healing bodywork and calmness of mind, we explore our yoga and meditation practice in a new way.
We will meet for 10 Sessions ranging from 1.0 - 2.5 hours per Session
Friday: evening

Our practices during the Retreat Weekends will include

OM Hatha Vinyasa Yoga - Precisely executed classical yoga postures (Asanas) synchronized with Ujjayi breathing. Variations of more vigorous, physically flowing sequences of momentum, that awaken the system (awakening the system), interchanged with more quieting, restorative, yin quality poses that we can relax into.

Qigong Pressure Point and Meridian Self-Massage

Vipassana (Insight) Meditation in sitting, standing and/or walking. In our Meditation practice, we touch on the four Brahmaviharas, known as the Four Immeasurables: Upekka (Equanimity), Metta (Benevolence), Karuna (Compassion), und Mudita (Appreciative Joy)

In each session you will receive my full attention for your specific personalised feedback, instructions, prompts, recommendations, alternative poses, and verbal adjustments. Interaction is welcomed as we open the room each day to include exchange , feedback and questions.
