* Die Kurse werden von den Lehrkräften nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen durchgeführt. Ob die Teilnahme an den Kursen mit der eigenen körperlichen und psychischen Verfassung vereinbar sind, haben die TeilnehmerInnen in eigener Verantwortung selbst zu entscheiden. Im Zweifelsfall ist ein Arzt zu fragen. Eine Haftung für gesundheitliche Schäden wird nicht übernommen.

* Bei Nichtteilnahme an einen angemeldeten Kursberechnen wir 100% der Kursgebühr. In Hӓrtefӓllen kann eine abweichende Regelung nach Absprache getroffen werden.

* Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Die Haftung für Verlust und Beschädigung jeglicher Art ist ausgeschlossen, sofern der Schaden nicht vorsetzlich oder grob fahrlässig verursacht wird. Alle Angaben im Stundenplan und auf der Website sind ohne Gewähr. Änderungen sind vorbehalten.

* Mit der Kursanmeldung sind die Teilnehmerinnen einverstanden die Studio-Bedingungen verbindlich einzuhalten.  

* Sollte die Kursleitung fehlen, sorgt sie für eine qualifizierte Vertretung; bei plötzlicher Krankheit kann der Termin zu einem anderen Zeitraum nachgeholt werden.

* INTEGRALARTS kann jederzeit ein Seminar aus wichtigem Grund absagen (z.B. bei zu wenig TeilnehmerInnen, Krankheit oder Verhinderung des Veranstaltungsleiters). In diesem Fall werden die bereits entrichteten Seminargebühren in voller Höhe zurückerstattet. Weitergehende Ansprüche können nicht geltend gemacht werden.

* The courses are conducted by the teachers to the best of their knowledge and belief. Participants are responsible for deciding for themselves whether participating in the courses is compatible with their own physical and psychological condition. If in doubt, ask a doctor. Liability for damage to health is not accepted.

 

* If you do not participate in a registered course, we will charge 100% of the course fee. In cases of hardship, a different regulation can be made after consultation.

 

* Participation is at your own risk. Liability for loss and damage of any kind is excluded, unless the damage is caused intentionally or through gross negligence. All information in the timetable and on the website is without guarantee. We reserve the right to make changes.

 

* By registering for the course, the participants agree to be bound by the studio conditions.

 

* If the course management is missing, they will provide a qualified substitute; in the event of sudden illness, the appointment can be made up for another period.

 

* INTEGRALARTS can cancel a seminar at any time for an important reason (e.g. if there are too few participants, illness or the event manager is unable to attend). In this case, the seminar fees already paid will be refunded in full. Further claims cannot be made.
