* The courses are conducted by the teachers to the best of their knowledge and belief. Participants are responsible for deciding for themselves whether participating in the courses is compatible with their own physical and psychological condition. If in doubt, ask a doctor. Liability for damage to health is not accepted.

 

* If you do not participate in a registered course, we will charge 100% of the course fee. In cases of hardship, a different regulation can be made after consultation.

 

* Participation is at your own risk. Liability for loss and damage of any kind is excluded, unless the damage is caused intentionally or through gross negligence. All information in the timetable and on the website is without guarantee. We reserve the right to make changes.

 

* If an individual appointment is not canceled by the participant at least 48 hours (2 working days: from Monday 7:00 a.m. to Friday 12:00 p.m.) in advance, it must unfortunately be charged in full.

* If the course management is missing, they will provide a qualified substitute; in the event of sudden illness, the appointment can be rescheduled for another time.

 

 *Hatha Vinyasa Yoga group courses:

INTEGRALARTS is responsible for offering one course per week on the specified day for the fixed 12-week course as part of the Basic Online offer. In the event of a short-term cancellation due to illness, seminars, or unforeseeable reasons, INTEGRALARTS is responsible for offering the opportunity to make up the class on another day within the specified 12-week course period.  

INTEGRALARTS is responsible for offering 1-3 courses per week (the usual being 3 times per week) for a fixed 12-week course as part of the Unlimited Online offer. The exact number per week may vary depending on holidays, seminars, or unforeseeable reasons in the rare case of short-term cancellations or illnesses that may fall on a single course day during the 12-week course.
 

* Any correspondence regarding your registration or registration renewal, questions, or changes to your registration must be received and mutually confirmed within the specified deadline. Correspondence, questions, or change requests regarding your registration that have not been clarified and mutually processed by the specified deadline require additional work and will therefore be billed accordingly.

* The course booking is confirmed with the completed registration form and with the payment of the course fee.

* INTEGRALARTS can cancel a seminar at any time for an important reason (e.g. if there are too few participants, illness or the event manager is unable to attend). In this case, the seminar fees already paid will be refunded in full. Further claims cannot be made.
