INTEGRALARTS

INTEGRALARTS is a holistic, integrative approach that unites body and mind on a new level, drawing on a variety of transformative arts such as Yoga, Meditation, Bodywork, GYROTONIC®, Dance, and Self-Inquiry.

Anina von Molnar is a professional Ballet and Contemporary Dancer and the founder of INTEGRALARTS. Expanding on her work as a performing Artist, she has been passionately devoting herself to yoga and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® (GXS®) since 1996.  Anina has lived in Europe since 1991 where she has had a wide variety of professional engagements in various opera houses and theaters. Most recently, she was engaged as Soloist Dancer, Assistant  Director, Artistic and Choreographic Assistant and Dancer ́s Coach

of Ballett Theater Augsburg.

Her "life long love affair" with the Dance naturally branches out towards her devotion to all kinds of Creative Movement as transformative vehicle; Embodied Self-Inquiry as means for healing.

Through her background as a dancer, she has acquired vast knowledge of how the body moves and the internal physiological processes that occur. This exceptional insight flows naturally into her work as a yoga, mindfulness, movement, and GYROTONIC® instructor. With her all-encompassing connection to the body, Anina provides optimal guidance to benefit her class participants, as she helps them to become more attuned to their own bodies' unfolding levels of awareness.

In 2007 Anina opened her own Studio, INTEGRALARTS in Augsburg where she teaches Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Pre- & Postnatal Yoga, Meditation, GYROTONIC®, Specialized GYROKINESIS® und Dance.  The extraordinarily beautiful antique Ballett Room found in a traditional Augsburg building is the home of the INTEGRALARTS Studio. It is an ideal spot with its perfectly special atmosphere to enjoy the courses offered there.  In addition to the weekly classes, Anina offers 2-10 day Retreats & Workshops as an opportunity for her students to experience yet another layer of depth in their work together.

She was contracted as a Higher Education Lecturer in Movement Education (EMP), teaching Creative Dance & Movement within the Elementary Music Pedagogy Program (EMP) at the Leopold Mozart Centre, University of Augsburg, for thirteen years. Anina choreographs, dances, stages, and directs independent performing art projects, taking part in Festivals (Brecht Festival, Lange Kunstnacht in Augsburg among others). Anina is overjoyed to also work with children on projects and classes for creative dance. (Movement Project Leader / Dance Educator, Course Instructor „Kultur Macht Stark" – a special project for children at the Centerville Schule, Augsburg).
