DANCE & MOVEMENT
The flow of movement, using the power of one´s own organic breathing and the core of one´s individual body dynamics, has a liberating and enriching effect. Anina's dance focus is characterized by the use of gravity, balance, momentum. With the help of special techniques and movement sequences, an array of new forms of expression are opened up to the dancer. Anina trains the individual's body awareness by guiding in specific movement methods. The aim is not limited to learning certain dance steps or styles, but devoted to deepening body awareness and to experience a coherent, energetically sensible, healing and health-oriented quality of movement, to trust one's own body wisdom and to make inner bliss tangible.
Creativity imbued with healing, freeing, joyful, kind and wise intention can move us beyond our preconceived borders physically and emotionally where time and space are of rhythm and grace....
Precisely because Anina von Molnar's focus is not on "classical" dance lessons, her classes are designed not only for professional dancers, but also for non-professionals, senior citizens, musicians, actors, singers and children. For her, "everyone is a dancer" and dance as such is a healing art. Actors, singers and musicians in particular can benefit from targeted work with breathing patterns. Gentle movements coordinated with breathing are used to work on sound quality, vocal volume, vocal color and vocal range. The spine is stretched to stimulate nerves, release tension and activate energy. The pelvic girdle, hips, legs and feet are strengthened to give strength but also to create more space for the lungs and diaphragm. Circular, flowing sequences of movement in the upper body create awareness, integration and relaxation for the chest, neck, arms and face.
Dance and movement is offered solely upon request: You can book Anina von Molnar for a private class or sessions for small groups, workshops and individual projects.
