About INTEGRALARTS

INTEGRALARTS

INTEGRALARTS  is a wholistic and healing approach towards the cultivation of body and mind through the transformative arts of Yoga, Meditation, Bodywork, GYROTONIC® and Dance.

Anina von Molnar, professional Dancer and founder of INTEGRALARTS, has been expanding on her work as a performing Artist , passionately devoting herself to yoga, meditation and to the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® (GXS®). Anina has lived in Europe since 1991 where she has had a wide variety of professional engagements in various opera houses and theatres. Most recently, she was engaged as Soloist Dancer, Assistant  Director, Artistic and Choreographic Assistant and Dancer ́s Coach of Ballett Theater Augsburg.

Her "life long love affair" with the Dance branches out towards her devotion to investigating, researching and implementing Bodywork and Meditation as healing and transformative vehicles.

Through her background as a dancer, she has aquired vast knowledge of how the body moves and the internal physiological processes that occur. This exceptional insight flows naturally into her work as a yoga teacher and GYROTONIC® instructor and is of optimum benefit to her class participants.

In 2007 Anina opened her own Studio, INTEGRALARTS in Augsburg where she teaches Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal- / Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Meditation, Gyrotonic und Dance.  The extraordinarily beautiful antique Ballett Room found in a traditional Augsburg building is the home of the INTEGRALARTS Studio. It is an ideal spot with its perfectly special atmosphere to enjoy the courses offered there.  In addition to the weekly classes, Anina offers 2-10 day Retreats & Workshops as an opportunity for her students to experience yet another layer of depth in their and her work.

She is contracted to teach Creative Dance & Movement with the Elementary Music Padagogic Program (EMP) at the Augsburg-Nürnberg Music Center/Leopold-Mozart-Center, University Augsburg since 2007. She choreographs, dances, stages, and directs independent performing art projects, taking part in Festivals (Brecht Festival, Lange Kunstnacht in Augsburg and many more). Anina is overjoyed to also work with children on projects and classes for creative dance. (Course Instructor „Kultur Macht Stark" – a special project for children at the Centerville Schule, Augsburg).
